The Two Hands, Inc. Online Wholesale Showroom is for approved wholesale customers only. You must use a passcode to view the wholesale portion of the site. Please complete and submit the online application form, above, to obtain your passcode.

Note to retailers: You will be able to view your terms regarding minimum orders and freight every time you log in with your passcode.

1. Pricing and Item Minimums
All prices listed are "per item" wholesale prices. An initial minimum order of 2 items per product is required. All prices are in U.S. currency.

2. Sales Terms
All orders must be prepaid, OR Net 30 Terms will be established upon credit approval. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on any balance unpaid after 45 days. Please note: The credit approval process can take as long as 3 weeks, depending upon the response time of the trade references.

3. Payments
For prepaid orders we accept:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover)
  • Business check or money order.
Sorry, no COD orders.

4. Return Authorization
If your package arrives damaged, file a claim with the carrier immediately. We will only accept returns on damaged items or on items sent incorrectly. Please notify us within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Call our Customer Service Department, 800-327-0001, Ext. 5 for a required Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# must be posted on the return documents and the outside of all boxes. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

5. Out of Stock
We do not substitute product when an item is out of stock. Customer service will call you to advise that we will hold the order until we can ship complete, or upon your advice we will do a partial ship and either cancel or back order the out of stock items.
